These Composite Panel – Kit C – XPS Core panels are custom-made for each customer’s project, such as caravans, truck campers, exploration vehicles, motorhomes, and more.

 

Key Features of Composite Panel Kit C include:

• So quality German Lamilux GRP skins, 1.9mm Gloss White, are standard for durability and aesthetics.
• Jackodur Extruded Polystyrene cores or similar materials ensure superior insulation (also see Documents below).
• Fuller Kommerling Adhesive is applied to both surfaces, also providing excellent adhesion.
• So Panels can be produced up to 2.8m wide and 14.0m long to fit various project sizes.
• Also manufactured using the ‘Vacuum Bag Technique’ for consistent quality.
• Includes CNC cutting facilities with a state-of-the-art Multicam CNC machine for precise cuts.
• Also lightweight panels offer excellent thermal properties, enhancing performance.
• Finally these panels are currently used by many Australian RV manufacturers for their reliability.

Panel Design

The following panel options are available with Panel Kit C:

• Panel Insertion – Pultrusion 38x25mm
• Panel Insertion – Hi Density PVC 70x25mm
• Panel Insertion – Aluminium 40x25mm
• Other panel thicknesses (e.g., 42mm, 49mm) are available for specialist projects. For more details, please ask for details.

 

A typical panel kit from this supplier also includes several specially designed parts:

• LHS and RHS composite wall panels
• Roof panel
• Front and rear composite wall panels
• Floor Panel C

 

Other Features:

• Each panel is made to order, ensuring minimal waste.
• Adhesive is manually applied to both the skin and the core before vacuum bagging, ensuring full coverage.
• CNC cutting of the perimeter of each panel is also included in the cost for precise fitting.
