The Floor Panel – Holypan HP30W Panel 30mm is a highly durable, thermoplastic sandwich composite panel that combines functionality with strength. It features a lightweight polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core, fused with fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene face sheets. Thanks to the lamination/melting process, the panel is robust and suitable for a wide range of applications.

• This panel is extremely lightweight – approximately 5 kg/m² – allowing for easier handling and installation.
• As it is water-resistant, the panel will not rot, ensuring long-term durability in any setting.
• Because of its excellent impact resistance, it can withstand heavy usage without damage.
• With a one-piece construction, you can enjoy the ease of installation without worrying about joins.
• Delamination is not an issue, as the panel’s design eliminates that risk.
• The A side is coated with 2 pac white paint for a clean finish, while the B side has a natural finish, which requires a polypropylene primer before use.
• Available in 30mm thickness, it offers greater support in various applications.

• Surfaces exposed to sunlight must be either painted or primed, and covered with a suitable floor product to prevent UV damage.
• When using the natural side, ensure it is primed with polypropylene primer before applying adhesive, paint, or flooring.
• DIY Caravans strongly recommends selecting a floor product capable of offering more than enough support for high-traffic areas, thus ensuring stability over time.
• So as a guideline, for normal pedestrian traffic, the maximum floor support spacing should be 450mm for the 25mm product and 550mm for the 30mm product.
• Important: Products containing polypropylene core (or Polycore) must always be protected from UV light. Therefore, any translucent material should be shielded from sunlight to prevent damage and deterioration.
