Panel Insertion – Hi Density PVC 70×25 mm

Strips of hi-density pvc board can be inserted within the core of a 29mm composite panel to add extra strength and provide improved screw purchase.

These insertions are usually installed

• around the perimeter of a wall panel if you are using the rebate method to join the panels together
• each side of the main entrance door cut-out to provide better attachment of the door
• where you want to attach items to the inside skin eg furniture etc
