The Panel Joiner – DIY Floor 29 is the perfect choice when you need to secure the lower edge of composite walls to both the chassis and the floor.

Designed to provide a strong and reliable fixing for your caravan or RV, it attaches directly to the outrigger system.

As a result, when you install the floor, the panel joiner is ‘trapped’ between the outrigger and the floor, ensuring a robust and secure assembly.

• Constructed from sturdy Aluminium extrusion, so it offers exceptional durability and strength.
• Available in two finishes: choose from Mill finish or Powder-coated white (depending on your location).
• Offered in three convenient lengths: 2.5m, 4.0m, and 6.5m, so you can select the size that fits your project perfectly.
• Lightweight, with a mass of just 1.27 kg per meter, making it easy to handle and install.
• Suitable for use with panels of 28-29mm thickness. Plus, it features built-in nibs that help maintain a 1mm glue layer.
• Designed with stops to ensure a precise and secure assembly of panels every time.

 

Technical Information:

The distance between the nibs is 29mm. If your panels are 29.5mm wide (such as those with 1.9mm or 2.0mm skins).

You may need to sand the panel edge or remove a nib before installation.
