This Composite Panel A – PVC Core 29mm is specifically designed for extreme environments such as off-road caravans, 4WD truck campers, and exploration vehicles.

- So perforated PVC cores ensure skins are attached every 20mm for durability
- Also fire retardant cores enhance safety in extreme conditions
- Superior strength and durability characteristics
- Available in sizes up to 3.0m wide and 10.0m long
- Significantly reduced risk of delamination under tough conditions
- Lightweight panels, approximately 7-7.5 kg per m²
- Core offers excellent thermal properties with a conductivity of 0.028 W/mK
- Enhanced water vapor permeability, especially over extended use
- So standard thickness of 29mm, designed for compatibility with the DIY Panel Joiner System
- Thicker panels available for specific needs
- Panel insertions such as Panel Insertion – Pultrusion 50x25mm are also available

- This Composite Panel A – pvc core 29mm is custom-made in SE Qld and can be purchased as an individual panel (minimum order of 8m²) or as part of a Composite Panel Kit A of any size.
- Once ready, it will be available for collection ex-works.
- Manufacturing lead times are approximately 8 weeks.
