Create custom locker doors and access hatches of any size with the unique DIY Locker Door Profile Kit (Parts A & B). Ideal for slide-out fridges, outdoor kitchens, and more, allowing you to use the panel cut-out as the door insert for a high-quality finish.

 

Features:

• Ideal for slide-out fridges, outdoor kitchens, and custom sizes
• Sturdy 2mm Aluminium profile for larger doors and cut-outs (e.g., food trucks, toy haulers)
• 2-part design for easy and precise installation
• Available in 4.8m lengths, Mill Finish only
• Price is for one 4.8m length
• Choose Profile A only or both Profiles A and B (Profile B is standard 25x12x1.6mm angle)

 

Technical Info:

• Same profile kit for wall opening and door frame
• All cuts are straight through, no rebate cutting required
• Compatible with a range of piano hinges (not supplied)
• Easy D seal and lock installation (not supplied)
• Easy CNC cutting for door hole and door cut-outs, no profile cut required
• Distance between cuts: 38.4mm plus required gap (e.g., for hinge)
• Easy retro-fit, manual cutting possible if wall panel is already in place

 

Installation Info:

• Contact us for the DXF file of this product
• Designed for composite panels from 28.5 to 29.5mm thickness
• Measure to the end of mitre cuts when calculating lengths
• Mitre and weld joiner corners, then powder coat the frames in your color choice
• Use a 5mm rubber strip between profiles for a watertight seal when welding the piano hinge
• Use 10mm deep D seals on the other 3 sides

 

Freight Info:

• Minimum order of 4 lengths
• Available for collection from SE Queensland (Mill Finish) and Perth WA (Mill Finish)
• Item shipped in 4.8m lengths, cut to 2.4-2.8m for freight
• Shipping with TNT to a business address in a business zone or local TNT depot (not residential addresses)
• Consignment note provided upon shipping
