Specially designed as a caravan and RV floor panel this product combines the rigidity of an engineered product with the compressive strength of a honeycomb core :
- One-piece construction – no joins for extra strength
- All panels are made to order – only pay for what you get
- Panels up to 3.0 m wide and up to 10.0 m long can be made
- Polypropylene honeycomb core for superior long term performance
- Excellent compressive strength properties – approx. double that of many foam core products
- Used for caravan and RV floors, mobile stage floors, truck floors and many more
- 3 thicknesses available – designed for range of cross member spacings
- Lightweight panels (approx 7 kgs per m2) – up to 40% lighter than plywood
- Impervious to water – so no risk of deterioration such as rotting or corrosion
- High impact resistance
- Will not delaminate
- A side – clear resin finish for installing floor covering (if required) – no primer required
- B side – black flow-coat finish for adhesive to attach to chassis
