Kit Contents

When building your custom pop-top kit, a typical set includes:

• Top extrusions: 2 lengths for the sides, and 1 length cut in half for the ends
• Bottom extrusions: 2 lengths for the sides, and 1 length cut in half for the ends
• 4 corner kits
• Sufficient pop-top seal for the entire kit

 

Installation Information

When planning your installation, it is important to calculate the lengths of the top pop-top profiles. You can allow an extra 25mm for each corner joiner depth to ensure everything fits perfectly. Additionally, make sure the bottom profiles extend all the way to the corner for a tight and secure fit.

Furthermore, we highly recommend using Fixtech MSP15 adhesive for a very strong, watertight join. This adhesive ensures that your kit will stand up to the elements, offering both strength and durability.
