For optimal performance, DIY enthusiasts recommend extending the canopy lifter to only 70-80% of its maximum height. This approach keeps the canopy tight, making it easier to lower. Note that closing the lifter when fully extended requires considerable force.

• When replacing lifters, it is advisable to replace them in pairs on opposite sides of the pop-top roof. This practice helps prevent undue stress, which could potentially bend the arms.
• Depending on the weight of your roof, you may need either 2 or 4 lifters. Installing them as pairs ensures balanced support and functionality.
• Each lifter is designed to support up to 40 kgs, providing robust lifting capability.
• Weighing 3.6 kgs each, these lifters are both lightweight and durable.
• Fixing points are available in both horizontal and vertical surfaces of frames, measuring 34 x 16 mm channel. This design facilitates easy installation.
