DIY Locker Door Profile A (4.8m) – Pallet

 

Build your own access doors with the unique DIY Locker Door Profile A (4.8m) – pallet, now available direct from the Mill. So choose from Mill Finish or a powder-coated color of your choice.

 

Features:

• Available in Mill Finish or powder-coated in your choice of color
• Pallet contains approx 55 lengths of 4.8m (250kgs run)
• So includes Profile A only (Profile B is standard 25x12x1.6mm angle and is not included)
• Allows mitre and weld corners for extra strength
• Customizable powder coat finish
• Compatible with a range of piano hinges
• Easy D seal and lock installation

 

Technical Info:

• Same profile kit can be used for wall opening and door frame
• All cuts to composite panels and cut-out are straight through, no rebate cutting required
• Compatible with a range of piano hinges (not supplied)

• Easy CNC cutting for door hole and door cut-outs, no profile cut required for cut-out
• Manual cutting possible for retro-fit if wall panel is already in place

 

Installation Info:

• Contact us for the DXF file of this product
• Designed for composite panels from 28.5 to 29.5mm thickness
• Measure all the way to the end of mitre cuts when calculating lengths
• Also ability to mitre and weld joiner corners, then powder coat the frames in your color choice
• If welding the piano hinge in place, use a 5mm rubber strip between profiles for watertight seal
• Use 10mm deep D seals on the other 3 sides
