Description
The Kit #1 includes the following components:
- Top Extrusion – 2 x 4.0 m lengths
- Top Extrusion (to be cut in half) – 1 x 4.8 m length
- 4 x Top Corners
- Bottom Extrusion – 2 x 4.0 m lengths
- Bottom Extrusion (to be cut in half) – 1 x 4.8 m length
- 4 x Bottom Corners
- 4 x Stainless steel brackets to suit bottom corners
- Rivets
The kit does not include the aluminium angle to secure the roof panel in place
Remember to calculate the length of Pop-top Weather Seal you require and include in the order
Technical Info:
When calculating the lengths of the top pop-top profiles required you can allow 25mm for each corner joiner depth
When calculating the lengths of bottom pop-top profiles required ensure they go right to the corner (see pic)
Please refer to the installation Info above regarding cutting your pop-top kit
For the weight of the pop-top kit ( eg to select canopy lifters) allow 3.3kgs per metre length of pop-top kit around the perimeter (includes top and bottom extrusions)
Use of Fixtech MSP15 adhesive is recommended to create a very robust and water tight join
