Specially developed for caravan and RV floors, this Floor Panel D – PVC Core 20mm & 32mm is preferred by high-quality off-road manufacturers:

• Improved sound and thermal insulation compared to traditional floors
• Made to order up to 2400mm wide
• High-density H60 PVC grooved and perforated core
• Manufactured using the Vacuum Infusion process
• Structural laminate skins attached together
• One-piece construction, made to order in SE Queensland
• Available in 20mm and 32mm thicknesses
• So lightweight (approx. 7 kg/m²) – up to 40% lighter than plywood
• Also impervious to water, eliminating risks of rotting or corrosion
• Black finish on both sides
• Used by high-value off-road caravan manufacturers

 

Note: The price is per m² based on a 2400mm wide panel.

• The 20mm panel is suitable for cross member supports up to 500mm
• The 32mm panel is recommended for wider supports
• So this foam core product requires a suitable covering to prevent surface indents
• Panels can be customized to any length up to 2400mm wide
