Specially developed as a caravan and RV floor product. This Floor Panel consists of a composite sandwich with polypropylene honeycomb between sheets of fibre-glass reinforced polypropylene with the following features:
- One-piece construction– panels are made to order with no waste and no joins
- Available sizes 2300 wide 5500/6500/7500 long
- Polypropylene honeycomb core for superior long term performance
- Excellent compressive strength properties – approx. double that of other perforated cores
- Designed for cross member spacings of up to 400 mm – 450 mm
- Lightweight panels (approx 7 kgs per m2) – up to 40% lighter than plywood
- Impervious to water – so no risk of deterioration such as rotting or corrosion
- High impact resistance
- Will not delaminate
- Black finish for installing floor covering if required

Please note – All products which contain Polypropylene core (or Polycore) material must be fully protected from UV light. In fact any material that is translucent in appearance must always be protected from UV/sunlight to prevent deterioration.
