Unlike other diesel hot water units, it does not require a water pump, making it more reliable and efficient. The heater directly heats the water from the diesel furnace, ensuring faster and cheaper heating.

This unit is specifically designed for RV and caravan applications. In accordance with the latest guidance from the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB), Watermark certification is not required for hot water systems in caravans and RVs in most Australian states.

However, the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) still requires Watermark certification for these applications.
Please check with your certifier or local authority if you are planning to register your van in Victoria.
