DIY can deliver over 90% of its products direct to you door. However the delivery method depends on the product type and your location. Some DIY products are highly specialised and require careful handling (such as composite panels) so we recommend customers either collect these direct from the manufacturer or arrange a specialist freight company when they are ready for pickup. Once DIY receives your order and location we will advise you of the best freight option for you.
Where possible DIY recommends you use a business address for your Shipping address – if you chose to use a residential address DIY may provide the courier with an “Authority to Leave” the goods in a safe place. If this is an issue please advise us on your order so we can arrange accordingly.
