Technical Info:

• The same profile kit can be used to create the opening in the wall AND the  frame of the door – make sure you measure twice round the openings to order the correct number of lengths
• All cuts to the composite panels and cut-out are straight through – with no rebate cutting required
• Suits range of piano hinges (not supplied)
• Easy D seal and lock installation (not supplied)
• Easy cnc cutting for door hole and door cut-outs – no profile cut required for the cut out
  • Note distance between these cuts will be 38.4mm PLUS the ‘gap’ you require – eg for the hinge
• Easy retro-fit – holes can easily be cut manually if wall panel already in place

• Designed for composite panels from 28.5 to 29.5mm thickness
• Ensure you measure all the way to the end of the mitre cuts when calculating lengths required
• Ability to mitre & weld the joiner corners and then powder coat the frames your colour choice
• If you weld the piano hinge in place to the aluminium profiles you can then use a 5mm rubber strip between them to make it watertight
• And then use 10mm deep D seals on the other 3 sides
