Floor Panel A – Honeycomb – 24mm (m2)
Specially developed as a caravan and RV floor product this honeycomb Floor Panel enjoys the following features:
- One-piece construction– panels are made to order with no waste and no joins
- Polypropylene honeycomb core for superior long term performance
- Excellent compressive strength properties – approx. double that of other perforated cores
- Designed for cross member spacings of approx 600mm or high traffic areas
- Lightweight panels (approx 7 kgs per m2) – up to 40% lighter than plywood
- Impervious to water – so no risk of deterioration such as rotting or corrosion
- High impact resistance
- Will not delaminate
- Clear resin finish on A side for installing floor covering if required
- B side has a black flow-coat finish for adhesive to attach to chassis
